Which method is triggered after clicking the Continue Button ?

Hi Folks,

I have an issue in MDG and in that I  want to know that which Method is triggerd after clicking the continue button  and how the values passes from one screen to other screen.Please check the screen shot for clear understanding .I want to know through which Method it is passing.
